What a beautiful Christmas display! The wind-up action is really special, too. As others have said, great memories. This takes me back to about 1951! Wow! My dad set up one like this, supposedly for me, and half an hour later, my mom in the other room heard a little voice say, "Daddy, can I play with it now?" She told that story for many years! Ha!
i like you hallmark lionel ornaments on your tree i have most of them i only need a few more to be up to date i picked up a few more after christmas last year on ebay there expensiveto buy in the stores that was a great idea by hallmark to come out with them
Memories! No color wheel, aluminum tree or Sears catalog but who cares? Great Video! It reminds me I hit myself in the head with my sister's baton, Ow!
Beautiful, well done video, i love it. Brings back so many memories when we use to set up our Lionel train under our crhistmas tree too. I looked forward every year to set our train up similar to your set up, so wonderful to see that once again.
Thanks very much for the well-made video that brings warm memories. I will run my Marx wind-up this year, and hope I can find my Marx transformer (used when I got my Lionel trains in 1945 to light street lights.)
We didn't have a Mr. Machine in the 60s. But I had a Marx wind-up train with tin litho cars, various tin litho toys, and Tinkertoys. My sister had the Easy Bake Oven. We also had Slinkys, Etch A Sketch, & Strap On Roller skates!

What a WONDERFUL christmas video. You do not know the warm childhood memories you stirred in this person's heart & soul, Taking me back to when i had some of these toys givin to me as a child at christmas. And honestly i still have QUITE a few of them. All of them in good shape like yours. THANKS for sharing.
Love this, right down the nostalgic feel of your musical selection! Who wouldn't have had a Christmas to remember if you got a slinky, a Mr. Machine, or a special train like this!

Really nice display. The lighting under the snow, the vintage toys and the music make it seem like a dream.

The snowman to the right of the Etch a Sketch, is that Jack Frost from the Micheal Keaton movie? I think the music is from the movie Avalon.
