For 1Alliance1 and other idiots, the percentage is as it is because of the self chosen white flight (mainly 2nd 3rd generation Irish - it was their area of choice upto mid 80's) they have moved not wanting to mix, then it was the Afrco_caribbeans, then the Asians (paki's as you would say) now the area is for a new community, Somalians. It's an area of continious flux. It may have always been poor but it has also been vibrant due to the various changes.
