I'd pick Damian Lewis for the role of the 12th Doctor in Doctor Who when the time comes (which I hope won't be for a long, long time). Damian is ginger and the Doctor always wanted to be ginger. Also because Damian is such a good actor. However, I'd fiddle with the hair style a bit, make it more Doctor-type, like Matt's, but with a difference.

It was filmed in England and per the studio, was just more convenient and less costly to employ local actors. Not to mention, Damian Lewis is an amazing actor in his own right! BTW, about half of the band of brothers cast were english.

Damian Lewis in "Life" is like... the man of my dreams. He's sexy like an English man (always thought Brits were the sexiest ;-) BUT American accent is definitely easier for me to understand!!

I'm really looking foward to buy "The Bakery" (and maybe "The Escapist") on DVD, because those weren't released in France :-(
