Its almost funny how this young interviewer strives to find pieces from Chomsky's thoughts which contribute to the idea that NATO was the agressor, therefore Serbia being the victim. This is so unfair! The time frame which Chomsky is being referred to, is so narrow. I don't think one can say that just a month before the bombing the situation was somewhat normal or there were not enough atrocities for NATO to bomb. This needs to be examined in a wider time context.
