@Nemesis0300 Getting shot in the face with a 30-06 will kill any human, regardless of body armor (which they never used) or drug use (which WAS used from time to time), either way, getting shot directly by a Springfield, M-1, B.A.R. shotgun ect, will automatically kill you, regardless if you can feel pain or not.
In a real situation, the storm trooper elites would be dressed just like any other German infantry (only with the death skull on their collars) and would have MP-40s and K98s, no mask

It's in the safe, in the tank factory, on this level. When you must cripple the factory, enter it's control room, you will see a safe with C4 marking on it. Blow it up, and you will get the C96.
At 2:46 the paratrooper near the column to the far right - perhaps this is the only moment when the game's protagonist has a cameo image. Just my theory, because this is the only paratrooper not killed in this sequence.
The game is good, but of course some of the weapon modifications as rewards were ridiculous. And as for Storm Elites, first I hated them, but now I like them, truly. For me, the only drawback of MoH:A is that it is horribly short - one day on easy mode is enough to finish it. I think they should add some missions to particular campagins, which do not start from jumping, for example defending the Italian village after capturing it the next day, until general Patton (kidding) arrives.
Germans have developed a prototype of Kevlar body armour during the war -they can wear those. Also, I think they are on speed, which was often issued among German soldiers. And because of that they do not react to shooting shock like normal soldiers, though of course it does not mean they would not die out of intense bleeding.
I do not think they are modified. MG-42 had a rate of fire close to 1200 rounds per minute. It was nicknamed "Chainsaw" for it was almost impossible to hear pauses between particular shots.

I think medal of honor started the tradition of crappy shooting games, where history and realism are forgotten, and ytou're just a WW2 soldier running like a train, shooting and realoading at light speed, with a "natural armor" that lets you be hit and wounded more than anyone else.

Who cares if this game is not accurate its a good game to play. I died countless times before I developed a plan to take these guys on. It involves hiding in well elevated and inaccessible "sniping points". And taking pot shots to their upper bodies and heads. It used a lot of ammo but it works for me.
I remember playing this part thinking, "Okay, so it's not that historically faithful anymore, but whatever." And then, not but one level later, I was parachuting into the Nazi equivalent of the Death Star.
dont play the game on easy, put it on veteran, its the only difficulty that makes you utilize the cover system (which is what makes the game better than most fpss) and you will have to aim more, hip firing like you did here will cost ya

Theres no record of them, and the krauts were smart people, so they wouldn't put a gas mask on a soldier and arm him with an MG42, that's just suicide. An MG-42 fired like that is practically useless, you'll dislocate your arm before you hit anything.
Damn..Fuckin storm elites...What I do is I take aim at the head...Dont just..SHOOT them..aim for teh ehad with some gun like a shotgun 2 or 3 of those and theyll go down. Through grenades also. And on Der Flaktrum, pick um a panzershreck and 2 hits of that will take one down...BEWARE OF THE BASEMENT!
Also, xssfair, you SQUEEZE the trigger by slowly pulling it...very slwly...
I do it all the time with mine, it's VERY simple, all you do is pull back the OP. rod till it locks, then press the clip ejection button on the left side of the receiver and the clip pops right out. I don't get why the devs think it can't be done, it's so foolish. It takes me about 3-4 seconds to completely reload the M1. Theres nothin to it.
Well, it was fun killing some Ubersoldiers. It was fun and a great rest from killing Average soldiers over and over again. So, i loved the MG42 soldiers, great challenge

If the early ones were not re-loadable then the M1 would have NEVER seen service in the war, it would have gotten tossed out on the spot AT ONCE, in favor of another weapon.
And why is there a clip ejection button on the one in the game if it CAN'T be reloaded?
The Government REQUIRES that ALL weapon prototypes meet a list of requirements, INCLUDING, easy mid-clip reloads, even to get past initiation.
My uncle also owns a Prototype M1 and it's the same as the later models, IDENTICAL.
I was looking forward to this until I heard about the MG42 guys... I can't believe they actually put them in after claiming the game would be even somewhat authentic.
CoD3's SP was below CoD's normal standards, but wasn't that bad. The fact that it was only for Console with a max of 24 players per server for MP is what kinda killed it.

Theres no record of them, and the krauts were smart people, so they wouldn't put a gas mask on a soldier and arm him with an MG42, that's just suicide. An MG-42 fired like that is practically useless, you'll dislocate your arm before you hit anything.

Not as effective in a combat situation where they have a dozen or so Paratroopers shooting at them. Those guys would be sitting ducks.

Damn..Fuckin storm elites...What I do is I take aim at the head...Dont just..SHOOT them..aim for teh ehad with some gun like a shotgun 2 or 3 of those and theyll go down. Through grenades also. And on Der Flaktrum, pick um a panzershreck and 2 hits of that will take one down...BEWARE OF THE BASEMENT!
Also, xssfair, you SQUEEZE the trigger by slowly pulling it...very slwly...

The 360 version has the right trigger "pressure sensitive", so just slowly squeeze the trigger until the rifle fires, that steadies your aim.

I do it all the time with mine, it's VERY simple, all you do is pull back the OP. rod till it locks, then press the clip ejection button on the left side of the receiver and the clip pops right out. I don't get why the devs think it can't be done, it's so foolish. It takes me about 3-4 seconds to completely reload the M1. Theres nothin to it.

Well, it was fun killing some Ubersoldiers. It was fun and a great rest from killing Average soldiers over and over again. So, i loved the MG42 soldiers, great challenge

Yeah, fun, to a little kid with no knowledge of history. but not from a historical viewpoint.
It's just a linear and repetitive game with little or nil authenticity, more closely related to a sci-fi shooter/comedy game than anything.

If the early ones were not re-loadable then the M1 would have NEVER seen service in the war, it would have gotten tossed out on the spot AT ONCE, in favor of another weapon.
And why is there a clip ejection button on the one in the game if it CAN'T be reloaded?
The Government REQUIRES that ALL weapon prototypes meet a list of requirements, INCLUDING, easy mid-clip reloads, even to get past initiation.
My uncle also owns a Prototype M1 and it's the same as the later models, IDENTICAL.

Treyarch should leave CoD to Infinity Ward. 1 and 2 were great, 4 is amazing, but by all accounts I've heard, 3 was pretty disappointing.
That and they need to stop beating the WWII horse. Korea or Falklands please, don't think either have been done so far.

I'm in the military, and have seen Desert storm and Iraqi Freedom, and BIA's combat is as realistic as ive ever see in a game, The military even assists BIA, COD, not even. COD isnt the least bit realistic. And BIA requires skills, COD doesnt, its easy as hell. You just point and shoot, big whoop. NO FUN.
