  • You are a fantastic reviewer--really one of the best on youtube. Keep up the good work!

  • lol 9.5? A kid reviewing it(well i might add) but even so, i would wonder what you would give a 1k tablet lmao.

  • It's so small. Could you - or someone else - explain how it doesn't cause any trouble when editing a big-sized picture displayed over your whole screen?

  • Holy shit you hold your pen exactly like I hold mine.

  • Good review, bad pen holding bro

  • this helped me so much. im searching for a great, mac accessible, size convenient and sleek looking tablet to buy at an affordable price, and you practically eased all my worries on this one product in the span of 4 and a half minutes! only thing i really needed to know was how small it really is, but in this case, i could care less. i now have decided on my very first tablet model!:)

  • how much lag can expect when using a tablet?

  • @Bakeneko64 None, it responds just like a mouse.

  • @0mgwtfsrsly really. Alright thanks.

  • I agree with SpareKey, but just one thing: slow down :) you know how and what to do but I feel you were slightly rushing it especially at the start, an that may have been nerves or something but the review was GREAT!

  • Damn kid, you're better than 90% of the adult reviewers on YouTube.... Keep at this, you just did an amazing review!

  • Amazing review. Thanks!

  • My sister has this one <3

  • Does it work on laptop?

  • @blahblah4149 Ok Thanks! :)

  • @SallyPrettyBaby welcome haha

  • @SallyPrettyBaby yes it work on all Windows and Mac os X machines that have the high enough tech specs.

  • @Jmanwohoo Thanks a lot!! :D

  • does this come with all the software needed? I want to start drawing and shit ASAP.

  • You held that pen really weirdly...

  • wow very informative and professional much better than most reviews i've seen thanks!

  • This is the creative art plan is about the professional graphic tablet. I was a lower education, I am the beginner creative art.

  • Poor! Let's get out and play soccer with your friends!

    Well done by the way

  • OMFG U totally made me say, F-CK IT...I WANT THIS! Very informative, no run ons, just straight what it does! I SUBBED! YOU ARE AN AWESOME KID!

  • does this work a compaq CQ40 laptop, i mean is their any delay on the pen input if i use this on said laptop?

  • wow, im impressed and im actaully happy u werent an adult, alot of them mumble and what not x) excellennnnnnnnt

  • Very helpful, thank you!

  • you're a great smart kid but you don't draw and even if you did you're not a pro then why did you buy the tablet ?

  • i want to know your name so i can remember you when you make a company better than microsoft and apple

  • Great stuff! Thanks for the review.

  • hey is it wireless ?? and does it work for left hand people

  • @nanjay2006 All wacom tablets work for both right handed and left handed people :P

  • Dam kid u sold me that!! but seriously quit caffeine.

  • I have a question is the delay due to your recording system or it's from the tablet connection to the pc?!

  • excellent review. this item is on my acquire list .i like that ring feature. right now i have to turn huge pieces of illustration board to get to the far reaches of my work surface...it is unweildly, and time consuming, with a high probabilty of knocking things over like ink, water, coffee, etc.plus the more you drag around a huge illustration on a drawing board, the bigger the chace it will get dinged up.the intuos 4 looks like a winner .

  • I feel bad... when I saw who was narrating the video I was thinking "ugh, a kid..."

    XD

But it turns out you actually know what you're talking about

    Thanks

  • great review! keep it up

  • damn good review kid. keep up what your doing!

  • A kid? Doing some graphics tablet review that you probably have no idea what you're talking about....

*watches video* Cool. You deserved to be called a man.

  • Hi,

I want help on wacom bamboo tablet.....

As i am character artist & work with zbrush & need to deal with 2 to 3 mil polygons to get fine details....

So which pressure sensivity is best for it

512 or 1024 Or any other

  • @niksecrets

The more pressure senstivity you have, the better. I'd say if you're getting a bamboo for the first time, go for a Fun so you can get used to using a pen tablet. I'm upgrading to the intuos (you can choose from different kinds of pens and nibs.) Just remember that you use the pen gently or else there will be excessive nib wear. Just do some more research to be safe. :) I prefer the intuos, but it's your call. Hope I helped some!

  • the weirdest pen holding ://///

  • helped my decision between a small and a medium. Great video tutorial!

  • How on earth can you write or draw like that?

When I read the comments I thought people were exaggerating, but that is one strange way of holding a pen!

Anwyays, great review kid, thanks for the vid!

  • Holy shit dude I think you hold your pen the same way I hold mine.

  • haha great review, but wacom products are far from affordable

  • Can anyone help me?

Should I buy an intuos4 or a bamboo pen & Touch?

I'll be using it for home us (nonprofessional) but very skilled and detailed drawing.

Is the Size S enough for this purpose or do I need an M?

  • Omfg, you didn't spend 45 seconds on showing how its left hand capable, you didn't spend a minute zooming in on the frkn buttons, you didn't spend 2 minutes zooming in and out to show the tablet better... instead you state every spec availaible QUICKLY without mumbling.

This is one of the best reviews I've seen and you're a quarter the age of the competition.

    My god...

  • I'm torn between getting the small or the medium size...I had a medium Intuos3 for 4 years and I loved it but money is tight. :|

  • @djwaglmuffin personaly if you are hoping of getting far.. start off with medium but money situation small is still very good :-)

  • @djwaglmuffin The small is missing the LED display, which is about the only hardware diference other then sheer size, though it comes in handy I guess. But the overall size is noticably smaller then medium. If I'm not mistaken, its a 50 buck diference. It's definitely worth it...

  • open the fuking phothop and draw!

  • @NiwdeRM broken keyboard?

  • Congratulations! Excellent, well informed review and highly articulate too. I just ordered the tablet but seeing your review I'm actually even happier for my purchase. Keep up your great work and best wishes for your future endeavors, kid - you deserve it! :D

  • Really!? Are you sure you don't already work for WACOM? Excellent job kid! You held your own exceedingly well in this review! Not to mention, you've convinced me that the product is worth looking into. Thanks for the great review!

  • its that really small one?

    its look like medium..

can u give me something looks like to describe the small size?

  • Amazing review! well done!!

  • Why would you need to replace the nibs? Do they break?

  • @Flowen You change them for different ways of using the pen. hard, soft, ect

  • @Flowen No those are different sizes.

  • @Flowen different sized pens, like in real life :)

  • I have the same keyboard.

  • Kudos to you man. That was a really professional and informative review! And good at articulating as well!

  • Impressive review! All the more impressive that you're so young, yet so knowledgeable and professional about it.

  • He gets right to the point I've seen a lot of reviews from adults that are nowhere near this good. Well done.

  • When I was your age, gameboy makes me happy. But this? OhMyGod kid!

  • Excellent review! Well done! I'm waiting for mine from Amazon.

  • i havea friend who uses pens and pencils like that :)

  • Funny how he holds the pen.

  • Ive never seen someone hold a pen like that lol

  • Dude learn how to hold a pen and then learn how to give good reviews. Seriously you give it a 9 out of 10 just because the glossy side gathers prints? That's the dumbest excuse I have ever heard.

  • @LexiTheCrayon For his age, he's doing a great job.

And if he likes holding the pen like that then so be it, it doesn't har myou.

  • I will buy a wacom tablet soon and I want to know if when you draw, the lines appear on your screen a little bit later . (some milliseconds ) or in real time. Please answer :)

  • i really appreicate your choice of words in this review...like "pazazz." you make yourself sound so professional and well educated about this product. good job! :)

  • Lol at the way you are holding the pen :p

  • You remind me of Brandon Miniman from pocketnow

  • I have been asking adults about the Wacom tablets and how they work and if I really needed one for Photoshop CS5 or not. I got more answers watching your video than anyone else has been able to give me. It made me decide to get this one, at least 99% sure. I think we need more young people like you. I was very impressed with the information and how you delivered it. Not sure if you get all these comments but if you were using it just for photography like CS5, Elements would you still get it?

  • You speak with authority. I like it.

  • Wow. You make quite a contrast from all the usual stupid American kids who do nothing but play call of duty and talk shit on youtube. In fact you sound smarter than about 85% of the kids at my high school. I wish there were more like you.

  • @Popparoks I hate stereotyping but, yeah. You're pretty spot on.

  • Say hello to the next Einstien. LOVE YOUR REVIEWS!

  • bright future ahead of you, keep it up

  • Lucas,

I'd have to say I'm impressed with your professionalism on this review! It's not often to see someone your age post a tech review where at least you seemed like you rehearsed it. Just a tip real fast, the price of the small is down to 199 at the moment, and the tooltip at the beginning says 229. Just wanted to inform you incase you didn't notice. Keep up the good work!

  • Eh, better place that camera on your hands ;o

  • i enjoyed your review more than any adult's, thus far. good work!

  • I'm either buying one tomorrow or Monday. :D

  • wow, for your age your speech is amazing. you will be on air one day, no doubt if you keep it up. probably the best review by a kid on youtube...

  • Amazon has it for $199 new. Good review dude!

  • Dude this kid is awesome!!! Keep it up!!!

  • well done young man, I am buying one at the moment :)

  • glad to know I'm not the only one who holds a pen in such way ;)

  • help!!! i badly scratched my intuos4 small. i did a small research on the web, and realized that i can peel the "active / grey " area off and replace it with a new one. Is that correct? it doesnt seem to be an area that can be peeled off.......any advice would be helpful. thank u ..

  • @moisepom From what i heard you can contact wacom and tell them your issue and i think they all have a 2 year warranty deal so they should send you a new one. possibly

  • A very nice review young man, planning to replace my old graphire. I am really wanting to buy this cheers~

  • WTF You speak so fluently 0.0 Great review!

  • Excellent review! you know i'm not to fond of kids reviewing tech because of how they review it (in a sloppy way, not getting to the point) But you sir did an outstanding job!

    thumbs up.

  • this kid is awesome. He speaks more fluently than most adults.

  • Are you an artists by chance? I'd love to see something more indepth than just the intro to the items that come in a box. Also, it's "Walk-um". Cheers!

  • Great review and everything, I am planning on getting one of these in the near future, but correct me if im wrong. Shows at walmart site that it's about $220, and bestbuy has it for more ( forgot the price ), not $199.

  • learn how to hold a pen

  • good review man! i appreciate people who dont stutter or mumble when doing reviews... as for the intuos 4... i want one!!

lastly, why is the Bamboo called Bamboo?

  • good review man! i appreciate people who dont stutter or mumble when doing reviews... as for the intuos 4... i want one!!

lastly, why is the Bamboo called Bamboo?

  • not all wacom's products are great, bamboo sucks, one suggestion, why not actually draw something and see how it performs a lot of these reviews are pointless in that sense.

  • woow kid this is a superbe review congratulation i am gettin mine now thnk

  • You hold the pen really weird....just saying

  • The design is 10 out of 10 why 9? They made the other part glossy so to 'not' leave fingerprints. A mat surface is harder to clean and it leaves marks, like on some mouses for example. So is better for cleaning at the spots where fingers are on mostly. Awesome tutorial though man!

  • @oBLACKIECHANoo ,ya ya, thats prove to me you havbe NEVER see a mac. kiddo.

  • nice, but i hear the nibs wear out easily :/

  • I plan on buying this pretty soon but I hear the nibs wear out pretty fast, does anyone actually own this product and can give a more long term review?

  • Get a MAC, kiddo.

  • @ractopiu why would he waste money on overpriced crap?

  • Kid your parents should be proud of you. You are a fantastic reviewer. Good for you buddy. Oh yes and thanks for the review.

  • nice

  • Very Well made review good sir.

  • what about gaming? with a pen or fingers

fps game like counter strike and use a sniper

  • lol u look like somehow kinda like justin bieber, but with a BETTER voice. xD

  • Smart review, are you shure you don´t wat to quit school and start working as a wacom sales manager :) You know what youre talking about and there are alot of older people that talk products on youtube, and they are ignorant compared to you....

    Greeting from Norway ;)

  • @3:12

youre a lefty arent u? otherwise u hold that pen with your right hand really weird man lol

  • good review kid

  • nice review!

  • Illo como coges el lapiz!!! pareces retrasao!!!

  • great review. but next time you should wipe the tablet with your hand more often.

  • Awwww, he's cute.

  • I don't own one (yet), but I have read about horrendous problems with the Intuous4. Most of the issues dealt with Win7 64bit, with Photoshop CS5 compatibility, and - first and foremost - THE TERRIBLE SURFACE. Unlike the Intuos3 surface, the new one causes the tips to wear off after several days or even hours of work (whereas the Intuos3 surface allowed for 1-2 years without ANY wear and tear of the tips). The tips are ridiculously expensive. Most people buy the Intuos4 but put on the I3 surface.

  • does this tablet work with windows 7?

  • @TheSDGT Yes. It comes with Widows 7 drivers as well as Mac. I just got one, it totally rocks.

  • finally a Windows user!about every review I've seen of a Wacom product the reviewer has a Mac!

  • Great review!

  • LIKE - chazz916's comment

  • it's just funny to me to see a kid say $200 bucks is affordable lol for $200 bucks i can eat for a 2 weeks lol

  • @chazz916 actually he sais its a good price for tablet like this so stop nagging and give him some credit.. He made a good review...

  • @chazz916 Yep, digital art is expensive. Try $2800 for the computer first, not to mention the software, although Gimp is almost identical to Photoshop in many ways, and Gimp is 100% free. Of course you can save a lot of money on a computer if you have one that already works for you too. I knew an artist who had really a crap computer and a wacom tablet and he did amazing things with it.

  • ur smart :D lol

  • 1 star off because of fingerprints, man...

  • I think you might be smarter than the kids at my high school.

  • @XxKID1xX no offense but most people once they enter high school actually become really stupid and they dont regain the intelligence until their later years in college or when they enter the workforce.....i know ive been there, lol

  • this kid have to cut his nails

  • this boy looks like my little bro's friend....coincidence

  • Ignore what they say about how you hold the pen. My cousin holds it the same way and I love him either way. I also hold my pens awkwardly, my teacher even told me... which I found strange and weird.

  • So what if he holds the pen like that. When I was in school my fingers ached with callouses from all the assignments. I held pens & pencils all different ways to lessen the stress. And by the way, holding the pen that way has nothing to do with the review.

  • 1:24 nip "extraxurrrr" lolz... you got a purdy mouth.

  • I hold my pen the exact same way! Except I'm left-handed... everyone thinks I'm messed up or something but I found a fellow weird-handed person! I should really get a new Intuos... my Intuos 3 is starting to get loose wire connections... plus that one looks much more comfortable to use.

  • AKWARD HANDS!

  • Probably the best review by a young person! Thanks.

  • is the small intuos 4 enough to make good digipaintings?

  • You an awesome kid haha

btw is that a Gimp. program ure using?!

i use gimp or sai paint for reason haha

  • Nice video, I was like: NOW WAY this kid is gonna make a good vid... but you did a good job! 5 sta- I mean... like....yay -_-

  • wow! how old are you? lol no offense, I was just surprised to see a fairly young person reviewing a tech item:D

  • @xthexmaraudersx Lol expecting a grandpa are we?

  • @xthexmaraudersx Can this be used with Left hand?

  • @MinecraftJuiceify Yes it can be used with the left hand, there's a separate cord for for lefties ^_^

  • I saw that when you made some squiggly lines in GIMP, it was quite "laggy". Is this because of your computer/my computer/ youtube, or is the tablet hardware/software abit slow?

  • @morganselstoe i have the large version of this.. the software at times can be laggy, depending upon the input you put on the tablet. however, it doesn' t happen much, that is how much of a prossecer your computer is. >:D

  • @morganselstoe I Think its because theirs a recorder on.

  • in Brazil, this tablet is around 2,100 BRL (1050 USD)... When i figured it out... it made me dizzy.... too unfair....

  • This reveiw has me excited for for my birthday on Wednesday

  • Very good I just wish you covered more about what types of buttons are on the side of the pen and shown closeup maybe. thanks

  • whats with this clan of little kids reviewing tech? its pretty cool, i wish i was doing this when i was there age lol

  • thank you

  • Comment removed

  • That's a really strange way to hold a pen.

  • Both Wacom and you guys get my respects cause Wacom is a solid company and your reviews are fair and extensive. But my only argument is that a small bamboo touch pad is 100 bucks. Cheaper even on Amazon.

  • Thank you so much for this review! My tablet is dieing out and I'm looking for a new one. I have the old version of bamboo fun. How long do you think it will last?

  • Awesome review! This helped me make the final decision on buying one! Thank you so much and I hope I love it!

  • Is Photoshop free or trial. And u can download all software or just one

  • @guitardude95cool The Photoshop software that you can choose to download is a version of the photoshop elements. It is enough to get you fixing photos and drawing fairly well, or at least well enough to work up to buying CS5.

  • @guitardude95cool trial.

  • Is this whole fucking business ran by 10 year olds?

  • @ElmoMulder What are you fucking doing with your time?

  • @deadithink i bought the small version of the intuos 4 at staples, so far i haven't had a problem with the tablet,im an entry level user,so you would have to talk to at least an intermediate or professional user, like i said the tablet its working perfectly i haven't had no problems,if your an artist specially if you draw it will come second nature to you, honestly best tablet series at the moment for entry level users , now later on im gonna upgrade to a medium or large size.good luck.

  • You are a bit miss the point of gloss section. Its made gloss coz buttons and touch ring is matte, so you can easly find any of them without looking on the tablet. Your too young to criticize Wacom developers)

  • is the wacom inuos 4 good with flash in order to make digital comics?

  • this kid makes better videos than some of the adults on youtube

  • Does the drawing show up the tablet? If not, can you recommend me a tablet that when you draw on it that it shows up on the tablet that wont cost me a thousand dollars, like 100 - 200 dollars?
