In my state, death threats are against the law. If you have had this experience, have you considered prosecuting the church for this. I'm sure you could find a lot of witnesses on you tube to support you as witnesses. A case like this (maybe a class action suit) would surely open the eyes of many members who are good unsuspecting people. If I believed I or my family was going to be killed for apostasy or free speech I would probably give the church a lot of money too. It's really blackmail.
