And the nurburgring has crazy elevations & turns so most companies dont tune to it because it impacts daily driving. It IS expensive though. Not worth it IMO.

@HEMIH3AD dumbass the 7:19 was a recent test with racing tires with the 2012 version. the original GM release was 7:26.4 the 2009 ACR (same yr) was 4s faster and the recently tested ACR was 7s faster. Therefore it was never the title holder. Also many cars don't supply tests so magazines have to privately test such as enzo, mc12. And the nurburgring has crazy elevations & turns so most companies dont tune to it because it impacts daily driving. It IS expensive though. Not worth it IMO.

@GoldDougie oh wait you´re right it was the ACR. apparently I´m also just human. my point was only it´s ridiculous to claim the ZR1 can´t take a corner as it´s more of a racetrack oriented performance car than an old school straight line car. and for the money I´d rather have a Z06 with a simple naturally aspirated 660hp 10 grand package as it ran a 7:20 with the Z07 suspension. not to mention it´s over 100kg/220lbs lighter than the ZR1 and got a 50/50 distribution to the ZR1s 51/49
