楼主不懂历史请别乱说话！当年教训越南实质上是因为越南入侵柬埔寨，而当时柬埔寨是红色高棉领导，是共产党统治，而越南在苏联的支持下入侵柬埔寨形成围堵中国南部的一个堡垒，加上有打死边防站战士的借口所以被中国狠狠的揍了一顿！但为何不打击河内?因为当时的国际舆论不偏向中国，最重要的是苏联放话说如果要占领河内就会派地面部队和原子弹教训中国，加上当时国内政局还不稳定，其实也就是打给越南和反华国家看的，打越南打的很没有章法，也很匆忙，更本不是外国所说的有预谋的。
