Well...the name of the game is CONTROL for the benefit of a few, the ones with the money and power. Is this the same thing happening with the big stores like Walmart ? Like Mr. Gerald Celente has said before...the big stores like Walmart take control and the family stores go into oblivion.

@deltaexplorer47 ...I am very much surprised to find out that Ph.D's base their decision making on assumptions. Then I think the question to answer is this: who is on top of them and forcing them to continue with lies. Think about it....a PhD making such a mistake..just imagine Nasa making assumptions for their missions!!!

NMFS take a two thousand year old tradition and say only the guys on top are allowed now. There are a lot better ways. Now they want to do the same thing for the recreation sector. I know there are a lot of million dollar boats out there that can afford to buy $50,000 worth of quota so they can fish, but 90% of us can't.

Everybodys Happy? He's happy because he is one the about 5% on top that got all the quota. The IfQ/Catch share program is one of the surest examples of the guys on top getting everything and putting the small guys out of business. You know, the guys that were doing the least damage to the fish population because they were only catching enough to make a living and feed their family.
