  • Constitutionally knowledgeable, but discredits himself with vitriolic & ad hominem attacks & use of generalities to lend credence & strength to opinions.

Re: Ron Paul foreign policy, I might suggest to review Ronald Reagan's views on it, US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Dempsey on Iran & "Why Does the Military Love Ron Paul?" article in Mother Jones for starters. Best to research for oneself, sources with 1st hand knowledge, in addition to those who reiterate opinion. Just a thought..

  • I can't believe this jerk mentions Thomas Jefferson's name after bashing Ron Paul and supporting Rick Santorum. See Tom Woods' video about him.

  • Does anyone even know what a Neo Con is anymore?

  • the only Ameritopia fanatasy that truly exists, are Christian dominionists that want theocratic control of the US government so they can impose their their version of sharia law based on the bible.

I don't want special entitlements for any group of people, I want equality for all..

  • John Locke opposed aristocracy and slavery yet was a major investor in slave trade and was instrumental in writing the Constitution of Carolina which gave masters absolute power over his slaves. Certainly the hypocrisy is nothing new to the Republican party - "Do as I say, not as I do"

  • @WillTref

    And? So?

`Democracy' was invented by old white slave-owners as well. What's your point?

  • In High school in the early 70s I read all about John Locke and all the great minds of liberty. I was very lucky that I had teachers that were not progressives. I read Saul blowinsky on College and knew it was all BS then

  • have finished about half of the book and must say i have learned a lot....but in my high school i have actually heard of all these people, but i went to a really good school

  • Never once have I ever heard John Locke's name ever spoken when I was in public school.

  • BHO habitual liar

  • Plato tried, 0bama lied.

  • Bought my copy today!

  • Woods is hack.....psuedo-intellectual.....Levin is a good man, and not following some guy that's been running for Pres since 1988.....see ur man on Firing Line, its a no go 4 Pres...buh-bye

  • @ReDiserio

Those who can't debate ideas nor defend their positions inevitably go ad hominem.

  • I'm still waiting on Levin to come up with a substantiative response to Thomas Woods and Kevin Gutzman. They did a thorough job of demolishing his positions. They also documented it. Check out Tom Woods' site, under "Levin".

Levin blocked questions and responses on his facebook page and screamed at callers when they tried to enter into conversations with him about it.

Whatever "Great"ness is supposed to be in this man, there is serious doubt as to whether he contains any goodness.

  • @DireHippo Why dont you type out those questions that Mark isnt answering right here and now? Surely somebody who watches this video can answer them for you

  • As a nation we are spiraling down the toilet because the Progressive movement has thrown history and the lessons learned from history down the toilet.

  • @cheebawobanu You're misunderstanding them. They aren't out to make our nation "successful" in the way we think of success. They are driven by an atheistic eugenicist view of the world. They believe that they can and should manipulate the genetic future of the world. They believe that they, already being at the top, represent the best of human genetics and that everyone else is trivial genetic garbage. All the changes they make are simply adjustments to the systems of control.

  • @cheebawobanu Understand - All over the world there were feudalistic systems in place before the United States was formed. In feudalism the richest most powerful people ruled absolutely, and they passed on this rule to their offspring. They believed their families were inherently more worthy of rule. This notion is a defensive mechanism. It is an element of the flawed human nature to be afraid of losing what you have when you accumulate much.

  • @cheebawobanu In the U.S. dynasties began anew, but our system didn't protect them. Our liberty oriented system allowed their offspring to fail. As Darwinism, atheism, and Marxism gained traction at the end of the 19th century, the patriarchs of the wealthy families in the U.S. began seeking legal insulation against failure and insulation against challenges from the lower classes. It wasn't a completely new thing, but it was the first time it became widespread and successful.

  • @cheebawobanu Look up Margaret Sanger, George Bernard Shaw, Graham Bell, H.G. Wells, and of course Woodrow Wilson. These are just a few names of the numerous wealthy people in this country that at the beginning of the 20th Century believed in and began programs to institute eugenics into our culture. In recent history Bill Gates, Ted Turner, and JayRockefellar have all openlly advocated eugenics measures. To this day Cold Springs Harbor Laboratory works on these endeavors.

  • @cheebawobanu Success for them means instituting systems of control that the majority of the human population will accept so that they can move forward with their social engineering efforts with as little opposition as possible. They're wealthy and protected no matter how well or bad off our economy is, and they could care less how much liberty we enjoy. It's about preserving their hierarchy - their nepotism - their position at the top of this modern sophisticated feudalism.

  • @Omnicronimous before realizing the truth I would have dismissed you as a crazy theorist. But after realizing whats really going on I agree.

  • @Coldretter And the thing is, it doesn't take secret information to know any of this. Their spoken word is right out there in the open. Their non-profit organizations and their funding are generally accessible information. Ted Turner is so well known for his population control ideas that long ago people started distancing themselves from him in social circles. Gates and Soros are two of the wealthiest men in the world and they're open advocates of eugenics and population control.

  • @Coldretter Jay Rockefeller has been the face of the Rockefeller family for promoting global unity on population control measures for decades. There is no hiding it. There is no sitting in the basement drawing lines between pictures on the wall or anything kooky like that. Just take them for their word. They're telling everyone that they think the vast majority of us are useless genetic garbage and that our progeny need to be curtailed and "improved".

  • @Coldretter The first time I saw Gates speak on the subject I was sitting in a college classroom and the professor played a video of a speech he gave. He was eloquent about it, but his position is pretty straight forward. He believes that the best way to diminish the population is through vaccination paired with sterilization, and he believes that the best form of administering the vaccines/sterilization is through mosquitoes that can be genetically engineered to do it.

  • @Coldretter I got hot and flustered and my ears rang as I listened. I couldn't believe that I was hearing what I was hearing. It was like listening to an insane arch villain from a James Bond movie. But, Gates is pouring untold wealth into such projects. And it's not just him. His whole family is extremely wealthy, and his father has been an avid supporter of eugenics his whole life.

That's the reality of the world we're living in today.

  • @cheebawobanu Well stated!

  • Levin is a master of the constitution and of our founding history. You Ron Paul supporters need to stop acting like whiny butthurt liberals when you complain about Levin bashing Paul's foreign policy and 911 conspiracies. There's a reason the audiences at these debates boo at Dr. Paul when he brings up these ideas, they're vastly incorrect and unpopular with the American people. He has good fiscal policies but he's just dead wrong on foreign strategy.

  • @MovieCompoundBoat

Do you think Paul Wolfowitz is a `conspiracy theorist'?

  • @CRAPCANNONS No, I think he's a liberal media elitist.

  • Mark stop endorsing the criminals who point guns at people.
