You guys are stupid... There are 3 things u did wrong. Major things. 1. You do it at night 2. You avoid trees!!! 3. 4 people are supposed to hold the edges, not by the top.
You should hold it still- one person hold the base still, and two hold the sides- that is the best way, keep it still and let it fill with its onw hot air.
Although, had this avoided the tree, it would have been a fine lauch!
