Considering that David blaine is supposed to be no gimmicks or camera angles, it's pretty obvious that he just starts that arm trick with his arm twisted the opposite way to what he asks that guy to push it. Watch as he places his arm on the floor, the camera zooms in so you can't see him twist his arm the other way before placing it on the floor. I used to be amazed by this stuff, now that i'm older and wiser, it's getting easier and easier to see what he was doing.
