A to B.. B to C....... Y to Z (if you reached "Z" it means it's the end..

there's no more alphabet next to Z)

with regards to the meaning of the Song..

so... it's still from Y to Y...

Actually, the title is like a letter. The composer's name starts with a Y and his ex girlfriend's name does too. So the song is from Y (the composer) to/for Y (the ex girlfriend) :D
