I love this piece! Anyone who has played it will have noticed that it requires quite some maturity to play on a professional level. It's interesting to hear how mechanical the composer, Gershwin, plays this prelude. Although there are many more "emotional" interpretations of the piece, the prominent voice in the right hand, with the left hand being the conductor for most of the time, remains constant and is a must in any good interpretation.

@LeooJules Remember it's a piano roll. I doubt he would have strayed too far on this, it would be easy to sound contrived.
