To test the max reverse performance it's only allowed for two simetrical engines at the same time, with the two others at least at flight idle. Otherwise it would tilt on the tail.
Here in the video the nose wheels came off the ground because the brakes are still slightly applied while the engines are still in reverse for the backward manoeuvre.
I got to ride in Fat Albert before 2009 July 4 show in Binghamton NY -- incredible experience. Note the back door opens upon touchdown and the plane pops a wheelie!!!
full flaps,gear down,idle power, just over stall speed on approach,once on the deck it's full brakes and reverse pitch on the props....impressive yes.....magical,no...
yeah i agree so many people think tat if you can do that you are the best pilot in the world well all you have to know is how to fly n your planes capabilities (that is a bit simple but you get my point) but yes it looks good but isn't some sort of magical act

Really powerful reverse thrust so powerful it make the front wheel go up when it landed it and it could backup to the taxi way lol I love this plane
