@midmodgal Please definte exactly what you mean.....are you referring to the "trabecular meshwork" which is the aqueous outflow...or something else? If you are referring to the trab meshwork, there is a possibility with post cataract surgery patients who have what we call 'open capsules', so treatment is modified with lesser energy to reduce this potential problem. Call us if you need more info.
im 26 and have these things in my eyes, its driving me nuts, i see black spots flying everywhere. im really going nuts, cause they see they cant help me as im this young. fucking shit!!! fuck this life
the small things rising are micro gas bubbles. they are resorbed in an hour or two. The opacity is pulverized. Sometimes you have to go after residue the next day.
Iam 35 if you treat me at what point in my life would I have to do it again. Do you see a lot of repeats? It took 35 years for my floaters to realy bother me. It looks like there is hope for me.
The small pieces that I see flying out from the floaters when you blast them; do they just become smaller floaters, or are they somehow absorbed or dissolved into the vitreous? Or am I on the wrong track entirely?

Dr Geller, is there a chance that some of the debris, no matter how small ,can get stuck in the mesh on the way out ?

@h2oman43 20 years and about 20,000 lasers. The laser I use was originally designed to do vitreous work
