enter in this cheat IDK if you know but who knows "roofslopeangle 15" you can replace the 15 with any other number, hope I helped for some future houses ;)

yes, I've herd of this cheat, I really enjoy it, because you can change the roof! lets see, I think i used this on one of my homes that i recently made... and it made it so much better!
