I loved this bloom effect. I had it for a while, but as soon as I installed a second monitor, the bloom wouldn't work if I have anything from fs running on both.

The Bloom Effect if definitly not friendly rate. It's a visual effect and has light to severe impact depending on your configuration.

Extract from Wikipedia : "Bloom (sometimes referred to as light bloom or glow) is a computer graphics effect used in computer games, demos and high dynamic range rendering (HDR) to reproduce an imaging artifact of real-world cameras. The effect produces fringes (or feathers) of light around very bright objects in an image."

The "bloom effect" in FS2004 is a "mod" and is not an included features in the standard product.
