next time you pull a douche move like this know your shit before posting a video, this is not the original Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo this is Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo with (with cajun influence or simply cajun style) stop misleading others this is a very unique italian dish dont make people believe this is the real thing
@mbs711189 I don't know if you got a reply for this (knowing how youtube is, probably yes), but the measurements he/she gave out are proportions so you can scale the recipe up or down. :D
Heavy cream is in the dairy isle next to the regular milk. It is called heavy cream because it has a very high percentage of fat in it which makes it "heavier" than regular milk. Heavy cream is what they make whipped cream out of.
Most grocery stores now have some sort of Cajun or Creole seasoning. "Tony Chachere's" is very popular in that part of the country and can be found all over the place now. (It has a nice bit of salt in it, so if you use it you won't need to add more.)
@siemreap791 just use cheyenne pepper and salt. Tonys is loaded with salt and if you add your own then you will know how much your actually adding. Tonys is the shit you put on the table to replace the salt and pepper shaker.

Not too bad! Like others have said adding the cajun spices is a very good idea, I'm going to make this dish tonight and put some in there. Thanks!
