Cheaper medicine from Canada? That's a crock. Most drugs are from mostly American pharmaceutical companies, and drug companies get a take-it-or-leave it offer from the Canadanian government. So they sell at a highly discounted price. Americans bear the brunt of paying for R&D. Institute price controls and new research will cease. If Canadians paid market value, the overall cost to Americans would be lower.

2) I was paraphrasing. Steele may not have said "tearing apart" but he did say "We don't think much of that." I just found it ironic that he criticizes a candidate after saying that.
