Real tax incentives is more like a reward or mutual agreement for corporations to do something beneficial to the nation or a local government, but freely giving the top a tax cut is basically saying "here is money, do what you want with it." Which doesn't necessarily translate into jobs, and even if it does it does not mean it will be in the U.S, since it is not an incentive, just a cut.
Trickle down is a fake incentive to move wealth to the top.
Tax cuts do NOT always lead to lower revenue. Ireland cut corporate tax rates dramatically which increased lead to an increase in revenue. In 2001, Russia proposed a 13% flat tax which also increased revenue.

In 2007 - Czech goverment lowered the rates for corporations and companies from 24% to 21% but the tax revenues actually increased. Companies payed about 1/14 more money then last year (adjusted for inflation).

Secondly, unemployment went from 7% in 1980 to 5.4% in 1988. Net job increase was 21 million. But it wasn't just tax cuts that did this, but less regulation as well. GOP's tax cut is not exactly tax incentives.
Real tax incentives is more like a reward or mutual agreement for corporations to do something beneficial to the nation or a local government, but freely giving the top a tax cut is basically saying "here is money, do what you want with it." Which doesn't necessarily translate into jobs, and even if it does it does not mean it will be in the U.S, since it is not an incentive, just a cut.
Trickle down is a fake incentive to move wealth to the top.

Tax cuts do NOT always lead to lower revenue. Ireland cut corporate tax rates dramatically which increased lead to an increase in revenue. In 2001, Russia proposed a 13% flat tax which also increased revenue.

Cut government spending and not raise it whilst we indeed having MASSIVE tax cuts. But the underlying question here is what: what is the role of government? The bigger the role, the higher the taxes. But we must recognize that all wealth is created in the private sector or by individual genius and not by government. So spending from taxes and debt and less free markets will mean less wealth liberty and freedom. Less government/More free markets =more wealth.

i happened to be arguing at WeirdLiberalHead's channel when in France because i was asked to respond to comments both at a vid he did i was already interested in commenting & helping him responding to some comments at his channel too, to be courteous because he became a friend who needs my help sometimes.
i commented & emailed him occasionally throughout my vacation (on my laptop, from cafes, restaurants & beach) (& before i left) during free time during vacation weeks, to use YT.

I am from Czech Republic so here is my 2 cents.
In 2007 - Czech goverment lowered the rates for corporations and companies from 24% to 21% but the tax revenues actually increased. Companies payed about 1/14 more money then last year (adjusted for inflation).
Actually we have been lowering taxes from 1999 (the rate was 35%) and still every year the tax revenues were bigger.
So it really doesnt work yea?.)

that's because when you lower tax rates for the Top 2% wealthiest individuals, corporations and Top 2% companies, Tax Revenues will increase but only because the Tax burden when lowered on the Top 2%, is automatically, by default shifted to the Middle Class and Underclasses, the poorest people who are least able to shoulder the Tax burden, genius! Reagan Tax cuts added $2 Trillion to Deficit by 1988.
Kennedy Tax cuts were for Middle Class, 3rd Tier Upper Middle Class, Middle Class small business Capital Gains Tax cut within bottom Tier of Top 2%.
but no Tax cuts were for Top 1%.
some were Top 1% Property Tax cut, Tax credits for Charity & business equipment costs.
Kennedy didnt do general Tax cut for Top 2%.
but he DID shut ALL Tax Loopholes for Top 2% so they actually had to pay Income Tax.

But they acknowledge that Reagan was the bes thing that ever happened to our economy. Look it up, Kennedy cut the top tax rate by 20%, and it helped the economy. You seem intent upon pigeonholing me as some sort of right-winger, but that's not the case. I simply feel that it's best to start with the actual numbers, so that we know what we're dealing with. People who maintain that social-welfare spending is an insignificant portion of the budget are being dishonest.

Military spending makes up far more than 20% of the budget. Closer to 54%, though that doesn't include the "black" budgets of the various secret military agencies.
Social security IS PAID FOR ALREADY. The only problem with SS is that politicians raid it to pay for tax cuts and new military toys.

I don't know where you get your statistics. Even if you include expenses that are military-related (e.g., Homeland Security, veterans pensions, interest on debt for past wars), it's still less than 35%
Social Security is currently paid for. But the Baby Boomers are retiring en mass. That fact, and the reality that people live much longer today than 75 years ago, is putting SS on the path to insolvency.
BTW, I have no problem with SS, as long as we don't borrow to pay for it.
