The word on the street is that Reggie Bush and his family was compensated for him attending USC, which goes against NCAA rules. The auburn people are hoping that sanctions will be imposed and victories removed from the USC program including the 2004 National Championship.

We will enjoy our BCS Title. Something you Auburn fans would know nothing about. Thats quite a prediction considering that Auburn came in second to last in the SEC West. You might want to start with a winning record in the SEC before you talk about BCS games. First of all, USC will retain the title. This state will be the state where the land grand school got too big and too good for the liking of the university that bears the state's name. Call us arrogant if you want, but most of our fans have a real tie to the university. 3/4 of the Bama fan base does not. Those of us who went to Auburn will always look down condescendingly on the Bama sidewalk alumni, no matter what the football teams do. One of the most prolific offenses? Please. Auburn had TWO big plays, and that's about it. After the first quarter, Auburn went three and out on 8 out of 11 drives. Oh, but I do pay attention...a bit too much sometimes for my own good. I'm actually being a bit cautious in saying VT scores only 20 because Bama's D is pretty rock solid. I just think that VT will outpace Bama in terms of ball control and special teams, plus the Tide will do one thing this year that they did very little of last year-they will make mistakes.
