That Cop must be having a bad or something citizen were only trying to help the deputy trying to fight the guy on the ground. I have had problem with the Police when i am out riding every where i have gone until i moved to Ohio. Cops in New York city has no right to tell someone to back off when a bystander is only trying to help he or she. If i lived in New York city and i came a cross a scene like that and pushed me off i would of sued him and report him
