it doesn't take a brain surgeon to raid old recipe books, whip it around and call it your own. there are a lot of talented cooks working their asses off for no recognition.
it's no secret padma's rise hasn't been down to any unique talent. her modelling and charm got her far enough to become salman rushdie's arm candy before leapfrogging from that to other "alternative" careers.
as depressing to watch as paris hilton releasing a record.

I'm not a Padmi fan and I've never seen her show, but I was watching a few of her videos yesterday. All recipes are a ripoff of someone else. Once you take it and change it, it's yours. And no I'm not a chef. But you've got to love that Carl Jr's / Hardees commercial! I've never seen a cheeseburger look so good!
