the cool thing is you can add tags to each story and read them all in a list. So you can list your trigger words. words/things that are common in your dreams.

man thought i shud share my lucid dream i had last night in ages i was dreaming about assassins creed revelations and i was the camera behind etsio i dont know if you know the game but any way i seen him jumping up and down on buildings and den he jumps the wrong way and lands on a small purple shed weird then all of a sudden im in my room floating and kinda spinning back ways but as i enter the lucid dream i sed aah but dunno why and i got too exited and saw my hand den i closed my eyes& wok up
Lol, it's funny that you should say about backwards British Sign Language, because I'm also left handed, and when my friend taught BSL to me, she said she preferred to teach lefties because she is right handed and teaching a left handed person means they can just mirror what you do, rather than having to rotate the sign mentally haha
I may consider the other method for lucid dreaming (not the wild); I have a grudge against the "hallucinations" you hear/see during sleep paralysis :(
