It is hard to land a knock out punch to the jaw, when your feet are out of position. Look at the Brett Rogers fight, Fedor studied his foot movement and then knocked him out. There is a reason on why you don't have pure boxers competing, or pure wrestlers competing in the UFC, and its because they were losing to more well rounded fighters. Besides being a smart fighter, Fedor is very mentally strong. Tyson would lose to Fedor, due to his lack of Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu defense, and mental issues.

Take into account that he managed to KD douglas in his severely weakened state before he finally gave in. Tyson lost his focus and training after D'Mato died. He went downhill right from there.

It does not matter what shape his body was in. Sleeping around and getting drunk prior to a match was suicide.

Secondly, Tyson would get taken down, from there he would get submitted( get his arms or legs broken) or Punched into oblivion. Fedor has been doing this for over 30 fights now, he could probably do it in his sleep. And its not me, but other fighters who consider Fedor the best fighter on the planet. I don't think grabbing tyson in a street fight is gonna work. First getting close enough to grab him is gonna be insanely hard because watch what mike tyson did to mitch green without gloves with 1 punch. Then wrestling tyson to the ground will be very hard too as he is short and compact and very strong. Als when you are on the ground I don't think fedor will be happy as he gets bitten. You forget tyson is a street fighter he got knocked out 20 times before he even was 13.

But thats a big if you cannot compare boxers with mma fighters because there are so many dimensions and things that could happen that its impossible to say who would win or lose. It is hard to land a knock out punch to the jaw, when your feet are out of position. Look at the Brett Rogers fight, Fedor studied his foot movement and then knocked him out. There is a reason on why you don't have pure boxers competing, or pure wrestlers competing in the UFC, and its because they were losing to more well rounded fighters. Besides being a smart fighter, Fedor is very mentally strong. Tyson would lose to Fedor, due to his lack of Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu defense, and mental issues.

Crocop in 05, and even before that, was knocking people out, left and right, his leg kicks shattered ribs in many occasions. Tyson's lateral bobbing style would have played right into crocop's kicks. The leg is longer and more powerful than the arm, a good kickboxer should beat a good boxer any day, look at Machida, not a kickboxer, but manages the long range to perfection. You people are too one dimensional, by the way the Loch Ness monster doesn't exist either.
