I voted against the Lisbon treaty twice, and the Nice treaty twice. I do not see the EU as been at all democratic in it's dealings. The governments are just puppets on strings to their masters, working behind the scenes and in the undemocratic shadows of the international money men.

I for one support the treaty. Im sick and tired of people making demands like food, energy, housing ... while retaining their freedom, democracy etc. Theres a saying: No sacrifice, no victory. If you want to achieve something, sometimes you have to give something up first.

@lanceawatt the EU ignored the french and dutch referendum of 2005 which voted no to the constituion changes, after the no side won the EU changed the name of the constitution to treaty(which we now know as the lisbon treaty) so it didn´t need any referendum. WHY I THINK EU IS GOOD:
1. Economy of western EU countries didnt suffer as much crisis as it would otherwise due to larger market.
2. Economy of eastern european countries rised verry high due to EU and even some western countries have larger GDB (Ireland is perfect example).
3. With united foreign policy everyones interests would have larger impact.
4. One country doesnt mean one nation and difirent nationalities would be preserved inside EU.
5. Human right are better preserved.
