Good on you, China is an English name, Zhong Guo is the real Chinese name of the state. Is there any nation called Zhong Guo before 1912? Don't tell me Qing dynasty, it was not China and not dominated by Han Chinese. It was Great Manchu Empire. Chinese and Uighurs were on the same position - both were under a foriegn invasion. And today Chinese claim that "New Territory" is China being part of China from "Ancient Ages". So can we say India is part of South Africa, coz both were part of Britain?

@ouoh1 Wow you know history dude. Ok can you show me the map of that Zhong Guo 2000 years ago? And can you tell me what this Zhong Guo (country in the middle) means? And also, have you ever searched for the maps of all Chinese kingdoms or dynasties from 200 BC (from 20 000 BC if you like) to 2000 AD? Can you show me those maps please? Let's see what these Zhong Guo words mean.

@UighurKnight At about 1500 BC, 中國 means 四夷之中 ( a country in the middle of 4 nations mastering archery), generally located in the Henan and Shanxi province in modern China. Since it was more civilized, the nations around adopted the language and culture of 中國, and felt glorious to be vassal states of it. In 221BC the Chin(秦) state unified all the 中國 cultured states. The territory of Chin is the traditional sense of 中國. And 'Chin' became the name of 中國 for other nations.Persian:Chin-> India:China
