Currently having engine refreshed as it had done 42,000 miles.

Dyno run resulted in 500 Bhp on VPower and 540 on 20% Meths.

Car runs at 540 bhp all the time.

When I collect it soon it will 2.2 Litre instead of the 2.0 it has always been. :)

No Anti Lag although I think it;s incorporated within the Launch Control through the ECU.

I have Anti Lag on a separate switch and this was not used for the video

The Launch Control has 9 different settings that I can activate via a dial on the dash.

Setting 1 would keep rpm at around 2500 rpm. Setting 9 would set rpm around the 7000rpm mark.

I used setting 4 in the video. Select 1st keeping foot down on clutch. Floor the throttle and watch boost gauge. At 1.4 I release clutch

I've got the '01 2-door RS with EJ20 v5 swap, and it's legendary as a daily driver and racer. I've gotta say though, I would never put an anti-lag on it, I love it too much.

@SuperrJoel I use it on a day-to-day basis, so it would be too much strain on the turbo; I don't have the extra cash to keep replacing it. Maybe if it was strictly a track car it would be different.
