Being a coffee enthusiast for years now, I actually disagree with your judgement of this being an entry level coffee. This roast is certainly a great everyday roast, and while an everyday roast may seem at first glance like an entry level coffee, this is not always the case. By your description of this coffee as an entry level coffee, under the same rule, all connoisseurs love Sumatra?

@GrindOffYourFace I can see where you are coming from. This is more in a "general" sense, it's not the "only" entry level coffee but I think it is a good one. I also think their are some really good African coffees with nice acidity that would be a great place to start. Thanks for the different view and your input. What do you think is a good entry level coffee?
