Sorry to burst your bubble but Chester City has 5 Battalion Chiefs..1 for each platoon and 1 administrative.. Also Upper Darby uses Deputy Chiefs which are there equivalent to a B/C and the last time i checked both departments are in the county.!! But then again both are career depts too!!
