It is hard to find a secure answer to success in my opinion. I like watching these videos to determine how I can apply some of these useful psychological information that can help me in my own ventures. Looking at how others have advanced can help me strive for my own success.

There's a distinct difference between being successful and achieving meaningful success. If, for instance, your goal is to get rich quick and as easy as possible, then winning the lottery is not only lucky, but also means that your goal has been achieved successfully.
But meaningful success usually involves a certain amount of effort being put in, to be possible to achieve.
So in a way, success is closely linked to an individual's moral sensibilities.
The definition of success seems to depend on who you're asking but I'm surprised that almost no one defined success in terms of having more free time. For me, success is about working less so I can enjoy my family and friends, not the all the extra material "stuff" of life. I prefer life's experiences such as those that come from vacationing and seeing or doing something I've never done before. The burnout "overtime" model reminds me of a dog chasing its tail.

I am 22 and have just figured out the meaning of life. It is firstly to find true happiness, and then use this happiness to help other people and make a qualitative difference to our reality.
Fuck money. I have seen older people become millionaires, but they still need a bottle of hard liquor to sleep at night. Not to mention the countless who buy into the false "money" paradigm but fail in the rat race and become sad hacks with no purporse to their existance except a penchant for anal sex.

You have to realise that some people refuse to recognise money as being the centre of their existence or a marker for success.
Some realise that there is more to life than simply aiming for riches. As my father said: success is not money but happiness.
