No. You did it wrong. Your suppose to turn on the water THEN wet your hands, THEN apply some soap. And you DON'T flick your hands and fingers around!!!! Using a last paper towel you shut off the faucet. I don't know if this is for the cna exam or not, but totally wrong if it is.
