Ryun! Imagine that. In high school coming out and outkicking them all. That was amazing. People hype HS athletes now but imagine the hype Ryun would have got if he was running in this era.

@highonhayek it was so much fun!!! i am going again this summer too. you learn so much and meet some olympic athletes such as jim ryun and marcus o'sullivan, along with the notorious coach, jack daniels. not to mention the food is pretty good and we play ultimate frisbee all the time.

Jim Grelle, a great runner from my home town of Portland, Oregon. Ran for the Multnomah Athletic club. Like so many other great runners of that period he suffered from Ryun's syndrom.
