Good, but I just saw only first paragraph of this classic movie, Ninjo Kami Fusan. It is best opportunity to show all the whole film in just a single click. Please delete all this nine separated clips and reupload it all again in one entire uninterrupted running presentation of the whole film. Will you ? I does that on my 1993 video documentary called "The Making of 'BLUE GUSH'" which runs for 2 hrs+, uninterruption viewing by a click away. Well, go for it. Thanks.
what is this movie called? i like and know of some of the others uploaded like crazed fruit, but it would help if the full names were made clear. This movie is so far very lovely.
@cheebacheeba "humanity and paper baloons." don't know why @memoirevisuelle only uses initials. it makes the movies also difficult to locate on youtube. great collections though.
Sorry...went on maybe too long...but I really wanted to add that this film really hit home with it's influence....
Just the first scene made me realize how influential he was with the jidaigeki genre. Indeed, I bet this film helped inspire the main subplot for Kobayashi's masterpiece 'Seppuku' (Hari-Kiri) when they talked about how the samurai's sword was only bamboo and how he couldn't cut his belly with it.
This is sooo great! Thank you so much for expanding my experience and appreciation.
I'm a huge fan of Japanese film. Especially the years between the 1930s-1970s. I adore all the greats like Yasujirō Ozu, Mikio Naruse, Kenji Mizoguchi, Msaki Kobayashi, Hiroshi Inagaki, Akira Kurosawa, Hideo Gosha, Kinji Fukisaku, Kon Ichikawa, Mashashiro, Shinida Shoei Imamura...and a few more.
I thought I knew and appreciated a little bit one Japanese film but I never heard of this film or the director Sadao Yamanaka. What a revelation! What a joy at many levels.

@digibeet cheers mate, i think the reason is so that youtube find it harder to remove as it makes it hard to prove copyright
