Also, if one is to eat meat, imo, they should buy it from a regular supermarket. These a cruel factory-farmed products. If possible, a good free range supplier would be best.
You should know that the meats you said you consume don't have the highest PDCAAS. Another thing, do you eat more meat than veggies? If so, not good.
