Even though I'm quilty in saying I do download a lot of Jrock/Jpop/Kpop music, I also buy their cds as much as I can from any Asian site I can trust that sales their merchendic...man this sucks...Other than Suicide Ali, Girugamesh, xTripx, CELLT and Lycaon, Saruin is one of my favs.

@PichanDaisuki Very true, but it could also be that if bands aren't well-known, then not very many people know about them, and if not very many people know about them, then of course they won't sell much. Anyway, this band disbanded because the lead singer damaged his voice or something.

as far as i can recall, if i got the right band in mind. it was because maria had problems with his vocal cords

They are all guys they just dress more feminine so that is why j-rock is called visual kei.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm no stranger to visual kei. It's not just the feminine thing, it's the hair and elaborate costumes and makeup. The fact that they all look like girls is an awesome bonus. Any guy that has the balls to cross-dress in broad daylight is automatically awesome in my book.

@Ocarinaofsong Of course. I never saw any guys with enough balls to actually cross dress AND walk around with that in public and put that much effort for the over all look. For me, visual kei is like a more serious and evolved phase of glam (poison, cinderella, mothley crue, etc etc...), pretty much like the one in the 80s, kind of like a follow up, with added elements.
