One question for you Ungoy...What evidence do you possess that those killed were actually criminal. It is your duty to investigate the killing. the law enforcement in Davao are on your watch. Amnesty International is going to need evidence or proof that you commanded to have an investigation regarding the death of those people.

How does this Ungoy that those killed were actually who he say they are? Just think about this for a moment...If he is getting kickbacks from those thugs...and they get killed..how are the public to know what is really going on.
