This was episode 2 of the Chara-Pacioretty story, each one getting uglier.

People can get hurt in hockey fights, sometime seriously. But when theres a fight, its because both player wants it. If one player dont want to fight he just doesnt and the other guy cant do anything to him. Its a big part of the entretainment but if you get in a fight, you get a penalty.
