wanderlust is also an english expression, It is probebly a german loan word. English takes a lot of words from other languages. If she was using it in the german way I think she would pronounce it with a "v" sound not a "w" sound. Although the meaning is the same. There is no other language in this song. At the end of the song the vocals are reversed. Just my thoughts :)
