  • Question about anxiety attacks...

Is it possible that anxiety is trigured by the heart not pumping at it's paste meaning..

If I were to run the heart pumps when I stop or slow down the heart slow's as well with breathing but gives a few kicks because it didn't pump enough?

That is exacly what happen to me this morning...it actually went over my breathing with a kick and kinda locked me from 1 breath lets say...

Is that some sort of anxiety or is that completely something else??

  • I feel like this may be my problem, but because I'm so young I can't seem to get my doctor or my gynecologist to listen to me. NOBODY WILL HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :'(

A free book called "The Present" helped me a lot with my anxiety attacks, and understanding my mind. To find it, go to Truthcontest(dot)com and look under the entries. It is the first one.

  • This book changed my life. I make no money from this. I suffered like you for years.

"HOPE AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES" --DR. CLAIRE WEEKES.

You are looking for help, that is certain. Just read the reviews on Amazon, they explain the power of this little book. I was cured half-way through this book. Literally. The wisdom contained in that book can absolutely cure you. I am still off meds :) Never in a million years did I think I'd say that in my lifetime. Take care and please let me know what you think of the book. Peace.

  • @GermanWolfification nah man you're not alone.

  • Dr Hotze I love you!!! As a young woman 36ish I was prescribed progesterone pills on and off ... when peri menopausal at 47 through to 52 I was given Effexor for anxiety and panic attacks. I am convinced that it is due to my hormones but my doctor/s completely deny that it is possible. I can't even convince them to let me have a hormone test .... I am unable to change doctors as we have so few so it looks like I'm stuck on meds but I am comforted that my suspicions are confirmed.

  • I discovered I had this about a week and a half ago and I was very overwhelmed by them. Went to the doctor and was prescribes Xanax and got my blood results back, everything about me was completely normal. I'm 19 and have never had to deal with this before so it's new to me. Basically what I have found out so far is that only you can calm yourself down, and it IS possible to do, I had numerous attacks coming at me and I was able to cause them all to go away.

  • I FAKING HATE HAVING THIS ............

  • @windex1234 right? I'm terrified of throwing up when I get panic attacks because my stomach hurts so badly and my throat closes up like I'm going to throw up..But I'm not going to, I'm just nervous. It's such a bad mindfuck..Lol I'm having one right now dkfjs;lfkasjdfskl

  • IF YOU ARE ON MEDICATION AND HAVING PANIC ATTACKS OR A PANIC DISORDER, PLEASE CHECK THE SIDE EFFECTS OF YOUR MEDICATION. I was on Zopiclone for two years and in those two years i had panic attacks and hyperventilated attacks regularly. I couldn't understand why. A few days ago i reduced my Zopiclone med to its minimum and bingo, i no longer have dizziness, stomach problems, belching, leg pain and headaches. I feel a new person. I also threw away my anti depressants. Doctors don't know everything

  • @AnonInEng Yoga and Ayurveda are the best treatments for panic disorder

  • im 14 and i just started having them for a week and it's scarey shit , and i hate it when it happens to me at school

  • 99.9% of the people suffering from panic attacks are very intelligent, very sane and very respectable people. There’s nothing wrong with them. They do not have a mental illness. They are not a mental case. They occasionally and some very frequently experience “out-of-the-blue” symptoms such as muscle-tightening in the chest, cold sweats, palpitation, acute tingling sensations, dizziness, blurred vision and difficulty breathing or choking as if they’re about to die.

  • when you're about to get panic attack.. just accept it and let it get you. it won't happen. but if it did, will last for few seconds to mins an it'll go away. Believe me, it's not going to harm you.

  • @FearNotCoach Yoga and Ayurveda are the best treatments for panic disorder. I cured myself and I am now 100% normal.

  • Yet they can’t seem to explain the root cause of these symptoms. This will drive anyone CRAZY! To have your body responding like this—meaning, “out-of-the-blue” will drive you “out-of-your-mind” if you cannot identify the cause.

Naturally, the mind is designed to be a problem-solver—so when it cannot “see” a thing—it’s difficult for it to explain it. And if it cannot “explain” a thing—it’s difficult for it to solve it.

  • So when the mind cannot see, explain and solve a thing—that’s the worst predicament for the mind to be in or function properly. And this is the perfect breeding ground for FEAR or the mind-set of defenselessness towards an impending hurt, harm or danger.

  • It’s just part of your memory, your emotional memory. And the reason why it is stored on your emotional memory called the amygdala is because it is a serious threat, which the mind has yet to figure out how to solve it. The emotional threats that the mind cannot solve goes into a special area of your brain called the amygdala.

  • Until the mind figures out a way to solve this threat—it will continue to instruct the emotions, the nervous system, the blood system and the breathing system to play to the tune of the threat. Meaning, your emotions, nervous system, blood system and breathing system know exactly what to do when a certain threat is consciously or subconsciously imminent or entertained. They are all playing to the orchestra of this disinformation of thought.

  • Medication only manipulates your mind to accept what it cannot resolve. It’s the expert’s way of saying, “We can’t solve your problem! So take this “chill-pill” and CHILL OUT! Oh, by the way, here’s the invoice and you can pay at the front desk.” Now how does that make you feel? Clearly, fear is a matter of thought. And if fear is a matter of thought then why are they giving you medication? The only resolution for wrongful thinking is “corrective’ thinking.

  • Xanax works wonders if you use it right. Right meaning as prescribed. Everything else just made me fat.

  • Zeolite powder is great for social anxiety, fatigue and brain fog and candida which are all related. You will feel better in days. Also avoid fluoridated water and drink distilled water.

  • I sometimes get anxiety and panic attacks and it feels horrible. I would feel like I could cry for hours, I wouldn't eat which made me lose weight.

  • no reason? there is a reason.the reason are thoughts and they shall be forever

  • thepanicattacksolutiondotblogspotdotcom/

  • Yup Effexor for 3 yr finally got off had 2 weeks of hell withdrawls! I swear I thought I was gonna die! Now I feel so bad for people addicted to drugs I know what they were going through. Effexor warning its very very very addictive and hard to get off. Almost impossible!

  • My friend would have the worst panic attacks and anxiety ,she was taking xanax and didnt want to take it anymore so she saw a hormone specialist. His name is Dr.Rubin andhe is located out of Tampa. He prescribed her a hormone and she was ableto get offt the xanax and see feels great

  • you now how you know? when you end up in the hospital!

  • ok this is stupid but...how do you test for you hormone levels? Is it the same blood test done for your thyroid and pituitary gland?

  • hormones play a major role as well as neurotransmitters

  • men have female hormons as well as women have testastrone levels dugh??

  • people are stupid this days

    how funny this people are

    what did he say what

  • i take Vilift and it the only thing that helped me, it's all natural so i didn't worry about side effects.

  • doctors put me on xanax and paxil...i hate it! ive taken xanax for like two weeks now and i already crave it if i dont have it..... this is horrible i dont know what to do?

  • My doctor put me on the same thing, paxil and xanax.

  • If xanax doesn't work request Klonopin. It has the most punch from my experience. I would warn you, however, being on benzodiazepines long term is terrible, as the withdrawls cause extreme anxiety.

  • everything is chemical everything even a sense of spirituality causes certain hormones to be released but thoughts start it always it's anxious thought the sub concious learns anxious behavior and bang you have an anxiety disorder. It sucks balls doubt I can handle too much more of this shit, This doctor is a bit of a tool

  • Even men need some progesterone- about 1/2 of what women need, and it is produced in the testicular and adrenal tissues (in men). Men, too, can suffer from "Estrogen Dominance" symptoms just like women, because of all the foreign estrogens and xenoestrogens in our environment (like in our food, our water, plastics, etc...) and the effects of excess stress hormones on the body. Impaired liver function can also be a contributor. So, progesterone helps to correct the effects of excess estrogen.

  • This is crap... I'm a male who has been suffering from Panic Attacks since 1993. Now age 40 I don't see how female hormones, PMS & ovulation cycles could affect me. I've had my testosterone levels checked a few years ago and they were above normal range. Dr. Hotze is full of shit..

  • Ok so I am still having Anxiety & Panic Attacks with a Testosterone levels of 800 which is a above average range. Explain this Dr. Hotze?

  • Yes taking a hormone is different. Medicines are drugs not hormones. I am going through that right now by the way. Ive had a few bad panic attacks that came from no where. I have underactive thyroids and my Dr said that its not producing enough hormones so yes I need to take those hormones in order to balance them.

  • So is he saying that taking a hormone is different from taking meds? The hormone isnt being produced by the body. I think if anything, the body is immensely inteligent and doesnt just stop producing something that is needed. Like most doctors he seems to think that nature needs help,, and that is fucked up.

  • I love how everyone here talks like their a doctor. This man has founded a clinic and successfully thousands of patients, and were supposed to listen to people on youtube saying hes full of crap? LOL what a joke.

  • lolol...

  • but how do we cure hormonal imbalance?? how do we control it??

  • The only way to overcome panic attacks for good is to not focus on the actual attacks themselves but to understand why they happen it is the that cause the attacks. Medication can help, the true answer is talking to someone who understands, cares, who will not judge you and who will offer you support and positive reinforcement. Talking about EVERYTHING you think about and understanding the thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is simple, the hard part is trusting someone with all of yourself.

  • This Video is crazy, Panic has nothing to do with an imbalance hormones. It's all about what is going on inside of your mind and how we interpret what is happening to us. If we feel dizzy we think oh no this must mean I am going to faint. My heart is going 158 this must mean death and nothing more. Negative messages and self talk like that is what makes the anxiety attack turn into a full blown panic attack. Accepting panic symptoms, feelings is a sure way to get desensitized and live your life.

  • Actually hormones def effect panic.. My mom had hypothyroidism and it gave her crazy anxiety.

  • I was also diagnosed with very slight hypothyroidism that doctors didn't feel needed treatment. Once I started progesterone, I felt much, much better. Later, I learned that progesterone helps regulates the thyroid. I can certainly understand how full-on hypothyroidism could cause major anxiety. In that case a person would probably need to take thyroid hormone and depending on age and hormone tests may also need progesterone. I have an older friend who takes both and is much relieved.

  • @krows54 its a pretty scary factor when your only 19

  • @krows54 Yoga and Ayurveda are the best treatments for panic disorder

  • Exogenous stress is a factor for everyone to deal with, however, if you still feel anxiety after taking steps to reduce exogenous stress, look on the inside...have your hormones tested.

Lose the stigma...it's not always just in your head.

  • I have had every blood tests done. Hormones were tested, PH Levels, my blood has very little acid and I'm alkaline thank God. I can understand what you're saying. I read today that if you take Ambien that it "Might" cause panic attacks and anxiety. That was on the ad on the back page of side effects. Everything can cause panic I suppose, some more then others.

  • I can understand what you're saying too. I don't think that hormones are the ONLY cause and answer. It's worth investigating though...which you obviously have. If a person can't find a physical reason for anxiety, then accepting and desensitizing may be all that is left. Some people, however, may be lucky enough to find a physical connection and get significant relief. So, I guess the video is not crazy and neither are you.

  • I have personally experienced panic attacks that are completely relieved by bio-identical progesterone. Prior to this I was given anti-depressants that made the problem worse. Because I live in an area that is very behind the times, medically speaking, it took 13 years of suffering to finally find the solution. If big pharma could patent this product, I would have seen a commercial on TV for it. I ordered testing online and get my hormones through the mail. It's just like a miracle!

  • I could have written your story. It took me three years to find a doctor that would even test my hormones. I was 36 when this started so no doctor would treat anything but a panic disorder. Turns out I never had panic disorder, I had hormone issues. Once I found my current doctor he did a blood serum work up and we realized I had very little progesterone, very high testosterone and a mucked up thyroid we started BHRT and now I feel great! No more anxiety or panic attacks.

  • Good for you, davinci817.......welcome back to the real world. I'm so thankful for my doctor and for bio-identical hormones every day, as I know you must be too. Progesterone is a million percent better than anti-anxiety meds.

  • @robsang Yoga and Ayurveda are the best treatments for panic disorder. I cured myself and I am now 100% normal.

  • @rahulbangar786 bullshit. It can't be cured you asshead. I have had it for over ten years and I'm 17. I tried everything..You just have to wait it out each panic attack.

  • @robsang where online?
