I remember when I did this achievement, set 4, round 3, wave 5; 0 lives left, 2 odst's, me and another one, 1 chieftain and 2 normal brutes, we killed the chieftain, I took the hammer and accidently killed my teammate, then the two brutes run toward me and with one hit, BOOM both died.
