It's nice to see Yaguchi and Iida end the speeches with their long history together in Morning Musume and it's nice that it's all so beautiful and positive. For many years those two were pretty reknowned for being like fire and water and fighting constantly nowadays they can look back on all that and laugh though.

She is amazing. So sweet to when some of the girls just break down. She pulls them closer to her or rubs their backs. Not to mention she grabs some of the girls hands to comfort them. Iida is truley amazing. I almost cry whenever I watch a recent Morning Musume video and not see her there. I <3 you Iida Kaorin....always will...

I hate watching these graduations, they are too sad. It really shows that in MM, everyone is close, almost like as it is their second family. That is why I really love all the girls, they all contribute someway into the "family" and it's really hard to see one of them leaving. I really cried hard when I watched Johnson's graduation and Yossie's, it's just so sad :( But I wish them all the best when they graduate ^^

Not directly. Mari Yaguchi took over the leadership from Kaori, but she soon (after a few months) had to leave Morning Musume because she was caught with a boyfriend by the tabloid magaszine "Friday". After this sudden leave Yossie became the leader.

If you watch the TV graduation special that I uploaded, it shows a tv special that happened a couple of days before the actual concert. In it Iida cooks for everybody and then they give speeches as well... Rika was so upset that she had to walk off stage, Hitomi was sadder, but usually Hitomi plays it cool during grads.
