this is an atc ex-sgt speaking, i hate how cadets became a pathetic social club where lick ass girls who didn't even want to join the armed forces always got promoted. and when you went on a camp or field ex and your cadets were being pathetic and said that they didn't like the military side of things. it was sickening. and whats worse is that most of the staff have no experience in the raf but think they know everything. i bet acf doesn't have these problems

@miky261 I would like to point out that the ATC is a lot larger than the ACF. The ATC - including cadets and volunteers - outnumbers Royal Air Force, Army & Royal Navy personnel. Therefore the ATC is bigger and better than the ACF.
