  • @Qjemuse You can use some sweet desert wine or vermouth or anice liquor. :)

  • This was the best recipe. I made it tonight for dinner. It was easy to make but the flavors were as though I spent hours by the stove.

  • My daughter first introduced me to these videos and I have been hooked ever since! We even tried out the Bruschetta with Tomato and Basil recipe by fixing it together and it was just heavenly!   • @badiantadze1 If you are in the states I have used Sheffield "Silverlane" and it tasted just like Marsala from Carrabas. Otherwise "Amazon dot com" might be your best choice for finding "Marsala" wine. I have heard time and time again you MUST buy improted from Italy to get the right taste...Once again...I have used an American wine and it was still delicious....If you want to do it the "right" way....check your local liquor store...they should be able to help you.

  • You can also not use ANY butter...and use 1/3 a shot glass of corn starch and mix with just enough water to make the starch liquify...pour it in about 2 min before pulling it off the heat.

  • Guys Just Letting You Know In Case You Forgot If Your Allergic To Mushrooms DO NOT TRY THIS!! Cause some people are suverly allergic to mushrooms so just reminding u keep with the videos laura I am a baker and I love your cucpAke recipe although it did make like 16 cupcakes
