  • lol i got stung by a fucking jelly fish on that beach last year :(

  • nada ni nadie va cambiar la incultura de los politicos del ayuntamiento de orihuela costa.para ellos todo esta muy bonito.

calles sucias, llenas de mierda, basura. ect.

    ellos lo ven correcto.

  • As far as I know, Orihuela Costa doesn't have such a thing as a storm drain throughout. The railwater just runs downhill from the high ground and out to sea via the useless sewers. It's the same old thing every time it rains and it's doing it a lot more than it used to. What does the council do - absolutely nothing as usual. They are completely useless.

  • You must be the only person in the civilised world who doesn't see a potential health risk when drains overflow onto a public place. Yes it's great to see some rain, but would better and proper if the drains didn't constantly overflow. Rainwater, as far as I can remember, doesn't smell like that, something that the video footage unfortunately cannot portray. This is my first video on this,so I cannot be accused of "scaremongering again". Do some research and quote facts... not fiction.

  • thanks for this video, we need more like this and despite people telling you off, do persist; most of the time those people do nothing for the well being of the community

    Well done

  • Very misleading. You show the rainwater running down passed Orihulela Costa resort then flick to the to Playa Flamenca Beach several miles away !!! Could only see rainwater NO SEWAGE. Surely the sea is the best place for rainwater to go !! Its nice to see some rain after many dry months so do not see any problem. Scaremongering again !!!!

  • I live in Orihuela Costa, Playa Flamenca.

When it rains it smells poorly, rats come along, mosquitos have a perfect place to breed, beaches become contaminated

  • ,...We are tired of telling the Mayoress Monica Lorente the situation but nothing is done. Visitors are told by relatives not to come, some complain when they go to hotels

  • ,...it is bad for everyone. I have lived in places where rains daily and if overflows is every now and again and does not smell like this. When you have to cross the streets you risk getting a very serious health infection ...It is not good to hide our heads, we need to ask forour rights and vote this PP out, they are getting our money and giving nothing.

    jps
