Sabitsuki has cancer. She is only very young (like teen or younger), and it's overtaking her day by day.

As time goes by (walking through the corridor), Sabitsuki's cancer continues to attack her (the red demons, also her face is getting bloodier and bloodier, shes dying).

In the end she sees herself, and she's fighting so hard to kill the cancer, in the last desperate attempt she was risking hurting herself just so the cancer wold just disappear.

It's like she traveling to the center of her mind...and there's the real Sabitsuki. Wounded, distorted, bloody. Like...those red demon things are events that began to damage her mind, and as more and more things happen, she becomes more and more distorted and broken. She cracked.
