  • well about that i sleep sometimes face up and i try to go to sleep and when i try to go to sleep or when im already in my sleep like if im leaning forward as i have a feeling as i was about to fall down face palm kinda and idk if this has anything to do what your saying???....

  • WILD is close to impossible when going to bed. Do them early morning, after like 6 hours of sleep.

    REM periods are way longer too the longer your nights sleep.

    First REM period is like 5 minutes, in the morning close to an hour! :)

  • Hey, I've had episodes of "Sleep Paralysis" since I was like 12, the thing is I began to play with it and now I only get paralyzed, thank god, all the other stuff is gone. The thing is I couldn't stand the noise in my head, the buzzing sounded more like really loud high voltage towers, you know that sound? and the slow water drops that were like in the middle of my head, really weird stuff really. I feel the vibration only when I meditate.

  • The middle of the night thing works pretty well I had a lucid dream the first time I tried by doing this, I hadn't even recorded any dreams so I reccomend :)

  • whenever i attempt wild i just lay still for really long (over an hour) and nothing happens, maybe im thinking too much

    also do you know if eye movement can keep me from going into sp?
