They give you a list of colors to choose from and you can specify what color(s) you want. You can do bi-color and tri-color birkins. You can also determine where you want the colors to be placed on the bag.

Her bags are not fake. Yes there is a waiting list however you do not always have to wait 5 years to get one. For instance, in Japan the Birkin bags are more expensive there so often times they have bags that are ready to sell if you are willing to pay the marked up price. Other times a bag comes in and the person who special ordered it no longer wants it due to financial or other reasons then the sales associate will call other people on the list who has ordered a very similar bag.

I do believe in Hermes guarding their products. Buying online other than the Hernes website would be risky. Hermes International have Lawyers & Experts connected to the Customs all over the world. Buyer is going to be fined a large amount. If you want to buy a fake one, make sure the Customs won't have their hands on it.
